Magnetic flowmeters for high volumes
Gettorf - EGE's SDI series of electromagnetic flowmeters has been extended by models suitable for high flow rates up to 80 l/min.
Gettorf – EGE’s SDI series of electromagnetic flowmeters has
been extended by models suitable for high flow rates up to 80 l/min. With a
maximum error of 2%, the sensors provide a very high measuring accuracy. Fitted
directly into pipes with a 12 mm diameter via tube fittings or adapters, the
flowmeters measure the flow rate of all conductive fluids. The units feature an
integrated 7 segment display which shows the current readings.
Moreover, SDI
sensors can be used to monitor maximal and minimal flow values. For that
purpose, a switching output can be programmed as an NC or NO contact. Flow
reversals are also detected – in that case, the readings are displayed as
negative values. The sensors, which are especially suitable for use in machine
and plant construction, can be programmed via three integrated pushbuttons on
their front side.
