Gettorf – EGE’s presents the SDN 503/1 GSP-DYN flow controller line for monitoring micro flow pulses from 0.02 ml with short reaction times below 0.5 s and excellent responsiveness. The units can for instance monitor the drop-by-drop dosage of lubricating or rolling oil with up to 30 micro pulses per minute. A switching signal is generated for every detected pulse. The dwell time can be adjusted in a 0.5...10 s range. Additionally, an integrated LED display shows the current flow status. Manufactured from stainless steel and PBT, the robust sensors are IP 67-protected and withstand pressures up to 10 bar. Suitable for media temperatures between +10 and +60 °C, they are operated with 24 V DC. The units are fitted into pipes via a tube fitting or a G¼ thread and connected by means of an M12 connector. Due to their compact design, the sensors require little space: for parallel monitoring, several flow controllers can easily be mounted alongside each other. Based on the thermodynamic principle, they ensure wear-free and reliable operation.
