Gettorf – EGE’s IRT series of inductive proximity switches provides a solution for industrial plants with very high ambient temperatures, such as drying ovens or paint-spray lines. The sensors are also suitable for all kinds of rugged industrial environments. Thanks to their robust housings, IRT sensors can be operated at temperatures up to 250 °C. Their electronics are housed separately in a pluggable cable amplifier. The connecting cable is equipped with an aluminum protection hose. IRT sensors are available in several sizes.
