Reliable monitoring of micro flow pulses

Gettorf – The new, compact EGE inline sensor SDN 504 GSP-DYN detects micro flow pulses from 0.02 ml onwards.

Gettorf – The new, compact EGE inline sensor SDN 504 GSP-DYN detects micro flow pulses from 0.02 ml onwards. It thereby ensures accurate lubrication of bearings even with small amounts of oil that are added drop by drop. Measured values are continuously monitored by an internal processor electronics which also signals deviations from preset flow rates via a PNP NO output. The sensor reacts within 100 ms. It is fitted into lines via a G1/4 thread; its pipe diameter of 4 or 10 mm can be chosen to suit the respective application. Due to their compact design with a width of just 27 mm, the sensors require little space: for parallel monitoring, several flow controllers can easily be mounted alongside each other. The sensors are designed for media temperatures between 0 and 80 °C. They resist pressures up to 20 bar and provide IP 67 protection.
