Calorimetric type flow sensors
Flow sensors suitable for monitoring the flow of liquids and gaseous media are available in both mechanical and electronic configurations. The latest trends in industry have shown that calorimetric type flow sensors are becoming increasingly popular when compared to the mechanical vane, paddel or turbine type flow sensor. The performance cost ratio of the calorimetric sensors, as well as the design of these units which do not have moving parts, are the primary reasons for this.
